Tottlebank - The Falls

Woodland and falling water define this part of Westmorland and Furness. Tottlebank - The Falls sits within converted mill buildings on the former Bobbin Mill site, surrounded by landscaped grounds where Stockghyll cascades down from the fells above. The sound of the river carries through open windows on summer evenings. Everything is within walking distance: Ambleside town centre lies less than five minutes away, and the network of woodland and fell paths starts from the property itself.

The house spreads across three floors. Downstairs, a living room with Freeview TV and a kitchen/dining room equipped for proper cooking include a separate toilet. The lower ground floor holds a kingsize bedroom and a twin room, sharing a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, a super kingsize bedroom has its own ensuite. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are included. There is parking for two cars on site.

Ambleside offers independent shops, bookshops, cafés and pubs; the Rothay riverbank has a children's playground. Lake Windermere's northern shore and fell walks in all directions are readily reached on foot. No smoking throughout the property.
