it’s an alright place to go if you’re older i can see why kids love it. they sent us on without telling us any safety measures or give us at least a briefing. staff are all about 12 and that’s okay when they know what there doing and are getting trained properly but clearly not. there’s a rip in the bouncy castle and kids were jumping down onto solid floor from heights higher than them. i’m not surprised people are always getting serious injuries in the rest of the reviews. I wouldn’t recommend if you were taking younger kids but as an adult i can say it’s fun

We went here for a birthday party, it wad absolutely brilliant fun. The children all loved it and staff were amazing! We were all in the balls for 2 hours and had an amazing pizza and cake in the party room afterwards. Really fun place!

An Amazing Experience – Truly Outstanding Staff! I visited Inflata Nation Inflatable Theme Park Ipswich today with my nearly 2-year-old son, and I couldn’t be more happy and impressed with the entire experience! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every single member of staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming — from the receptionist, to the bar lady, to the play area staff. You could tell they really cared about the families visiting. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Cameron, who was managing the play area during our visit. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and understanding, making sure we felt safe, comfortable, and had a great time. His kind and professional approach made a big difference to our experience — especially as I was there with a young child. He truly went above and beyond! The manager should be proud of the team they’ve built here — it’s rare to see such consistent positivity and engagement from every staff member. It created a warm and stress-free environment for both kids and parents. Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back soon, and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! Mahi

I took my daughter here with her friend. The staff are so kind. One of the staff was playing with my daughter while I was seeing to my friends daughter. My daughter n her friend said they had a fab time. Would like to go again
