Shell of an old lighthouse with 137 steps to the summit. Great views and excellent for seal watching and bird watching. The rock pools were an added attraction for us. Spent over 2 hours here

Absolutely loved this visit, be sure to check the tides before visit, clear skies and no rain helped. You obviously have to be quiet once at the lighthouse so as not to disturb the seals who have humped their way out onto the rocks. It has a small hide with 2 pair of binoculars to view seals and birds with information boards. If you go around the back you can get quite close to view anyway. A grt visit as I said and we'll worth walking the coast down to Seaton sluice approx 1.5 miles, terminating in a couple of pubs one being the kings head

What a beautiful place. Very scenic. They also provide you with binoculars to see all the seals laying around. It is so good to see wildlife in their natural habitat instead of behind a glass pane in zoos and aquariums. Would definitely recommend!!

We visited when holidaying in the area. You need to check the tide times, so you don't get caught out on the causeway. We saw seals, cormorants and egrets. It's certainly worth a visit. Pay and display parking, with the RingGo app.
