Love the lc2. However the play area defiantly needs some work, these trampolines have been broken for literal years!! The dust among them is disgusting!! Needs sorting or at least cleaning, do not understand how staff/management have done nothin about the cleanliness.

Been here plenty of times with my kids, we love this place but I will say coming out of the pool area to the lockers is soooo cold! Something needs to change. We were shaking just trying to open the lockers to get our stuff and get to the shower as quickly as possible then get dressed as quickly as possible. Service at the front desk when we arrived a little later than the time booked it was no fuss she happily booked us in a little later so we wouldn't miss out on time on the slides, in the pool ect which was fantastic!

Said online low capacity then we arrived and it was absolutely packed could barely move in the swimming pool. It was also dirty and smelly and water was really salty which isn't normal for a swimming pool which has chlorine in. Very disappointing also about 6 lockers we tried weren't working when we put £1 in so had to move our stuff several times. Place is a shambles to be honest and has gone downhill since my last visit 8 years ago.

Overall the place it’s nice. We came for a sport event with a lot of people. Over 10 different countries. and the bathroom were generally clean but there were a LOT of people. The gym caterers to young the generation; however, they have pool 🏊 strength and mobility type classes for older generations as well. The staff is very nice too. My daughter had a great experience and made some new friends from UK 🇬🇧
