Had a great weekend staying at Brook House. The B and B is in a great location, within walking distance of Windermere village and Bo'ness. Liz and Graham provided some great recommendations for local restaurants, places to visit and walks. The accommodation and rooms were spotless.Appreciated having a fan available in the room due to the exceptionally hot weather. Great breakfast with a good choice of fruit and cereals as well a variety of cooked options. Will definitely return!

Fantastic B&B! Liz and Graham were so welcoming and helpful. Room was spotless with good facilities. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. Parking in such close proximity to town centre a bonus. Our second visit here and hope to return again soon.

We stayed two nights at Brook House and we had the most amazing time! Liz and Graham were super welcoming and they gave us lots of recommendations - they were the best hosts and it was so nice to chat with them! Our room was spotless clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was included and you can choose from a selection of hot/cooked food or cereals/yogurts/fruits - everything is freshly made to order and it was delicious! Highly recommend if you are staying in Windermere!

A very warm and friendly welcome from Liz and Graham. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast and ideally located for Windermere and Bowness. Will definitely stay here again.
