Hereford Museum and Art Gallery

Cracking campsite, centrally located. Fantastic showers, with lots of hot water. A warm welcome at this unique site. It is perfectly placed for exploring Hereford and the surrounding area. Sanitary facilities are great, as are the pot wash & Elsan point. Fresh water fill up is also available. I’d highly recommend this site. Plus you are supporting a local sport! Win win.

I had a camper. I'm Wendy wonderwoman red van superheroes. My first trip without family solo nervous woman, driven 5 hrs from Brighton. I was welcomed so warmly and friendly by an enthusiastic charming man called Tom, who looked after me instantly. Big smile, instantly I felt at ease. He filled my water tank and guided me to a beautiful spot by the river. A short walk down the steps with my paddle board to the wonderful Wye River. Good quiet night, huge pitch. I was invited the next day to paddle board with Tom, Lee and Erin who guided me down the river. Telling me about Hereford n the iron bridge. A really fun time. I was invited down the campsite for a BBQ at Lee's too which was so generous and kind of them. A really fantastic friendly team. The showers omg clean, powerfully hot huge enough for changing area inside without getting wet. I am so impressed I booked again for a month later to bring my husband. Close to cycle paths and right in the middle of stunning Hereford. Thank you Tom n team. See you in August x Wend Wendy wonderwoman

Ou my woord i did it 1 night camping car camping its close to my house hot in the uk and man what a amazing amazing place right buy the river right smack bang in the middle off the most beautiful town Hereford there is endless opportunities around you to do Melvin hills sweet water fountains Great walking you can row right out off this camping Great 12 pounds a night R.v campers tends staff are gorgeous they share a small space so you can have a good giggle in there the lady made me feel like im so special there is a great bar man even the oldest worker open the gate for me next day he had a good conversation with me but what ever I sed he's hearing whase not good but he let me bubble on Great place

Great place very close to the town, club house was shut when we attended as there was private functions going on over the weekend, right by the river very peaceful and chilled weekend friendly staff would definitely go back
