Woodlea House

Woodlea House comes fully equipped for a group escape. The kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher, and full-size fridge; the utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included. On the ground floor, a living and dining room opens onto the garden through patio doors, with a smart TV and a double sofa bed providing extra sleeping space.

Three bedrooms sleep six as standard: a super kingsize in the main room, plus two doubles. There is one bathroom with a heated towel rail. The rear garden has decking, furniture, and a six-person hot tub. Parking on site allows for two cars. The house sits in Acomb, on York's northern edge; the main bus route runs through the area for quick access to the city centre. No smoking inside.
