What guests say
We had an amazing weekend staying at the Leeman Rose! It's about a half hour walk from the city centre though we were a bit lazy and relied on a combo of buses and taxis. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need including a hairdryer and tea and coffee making. The downstairs bar and grill is also lovely. We had a few drinks here and service was so friendly. Though we didn't have the full breakfast, we saw others enjoying it and it looked delicious and extremely reasonably priced. The only issue our entire trip was a slightly dodgy bathroom light that flickered on and off. However this was a minor thing and we had a really good, sound sleep in the comfy bed. It's a peaceful area and better than staying in noisy city centre accommodation! One thing worth bearing in mind is that bus service is a bit limited in the evenings. However a taxi into town is affordable enough and we would definitely stay here again as the warm welcome and comfortable rooms more than made up for that. Thanks for having us!
