Meadow View

Meadow View is a converted barn arranged across three floors, giving groups and large families plenty of space to spread out. On the ground floor, a living and dining room with a woodburner and smart TV opens onto a kitchen equipped for real cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer included. Bedroom 1 on this level has a zip-and-link king bed (which splits into two singles if needed) and an ensuite with bath and separate toilet.

The first floor holds a games room with a pool table and table tennis, three further bedrooms (two with zip-and-link kings and ensuites, one with two single beds), and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, three more bedrooms sleep the remainder: another zip-and-link king, a pair of singles, and a double, served by a shower room. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; winter guests get initial logs for the woodburner.

The property sits within a larger rural compound in Amber Valley, with on-site car parking, a garden with seating, and direct access to meadows and a gated pond. An outdoor play area and communal football pitch are nearby. Smoking is not permitted. The Peak District, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Carsington Water are all within driving distance.
