Walking into Willow Barn, you're greeted by a spacious ground floor with a living and dining area anchored by a woodburner, leading through to a kitchen fitted for cooking from scratch. The property spreads across three storeys with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms distributed to suit different group dynamics—five of the beds convert from zip-and-link kingsize to singles, giving flexibility for couples or families. A dedicated games room on the first floor houses a pool table and table tennis.

The half-acre grounds are the real draw. Kids have space to run in a designated outdoor play area, there's a full-size football pitch with proper posts, and gardens with seating for the whole party. Wi-Fi and bed linen are included; heating, electricity and initial logs for the woodburner in winter are covered. On-site parking is private to the property. A hot tub can be arranged separately with the owner. The barn sits in rural Amber Valley with kestrels and other wildlife common sightings; Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Carsington Water are all within driving distance, as is the Peak District.
