What guests say
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very close to the main attractions, yet quiet, safe, and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was generous and varied, with plenty of choices, and everything I tried was delicious. The suite was spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed, with high ceilings, modern amenities, and lovely views over the street. The hotel itself has the character of a refined mansion house, with a timeless elegance that blends perfectly with the surrounding setting.

Beautiful room, breakfast and customer service. Would not hesitate in going back. Parking is at their sister hotel, 5 minutes walk away. Only problem due to sensitive electrics following a recent upgrade we had no lights overnight. I am sure this will be sorted quickly though. We stayed in one of the recently upgraded rooms - huge beds, feather pillows and a Nespresso coffee machine. 10 minute walk from the Roman Baths

Not quite as good an experience as we would have expected. When we arrived we were advised we had been upgraded to a better room, great! We were given the Grafton Room. What we were not told is that the upgraded room was on the second floor (four flights of long stairs), next to a room which was being renovated. There were tools and a ladder outside our door so we could hear banging and dull thuds from within our own room for long periods. The room was okay, no real view, it was missing a fan, so we had to go and report that and there was a down light hanging out from the shower area with an exposed wire, not exactly safe! This hotel is not cheap and so we feel it was not worth what we paid.

I stayed last week on the 28th July - 30th Absolutely loved my stay The staff are really helpful and friendly The bedroom is extremely comfortable and cosy I love the interior of the hotel and room Bathroom was everything we needed Shower is powerful and the wildsmith products are amazing and smell so good I enjoyed breakfast, it was really delicious Lovely location and easy to find Not too far from the main attractions such as the Holburne museum and Sydney Gardens The TV is the perfect size and includes every channel as well as alternative apps like Netflix, Prime Disney etc Probably one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, the fridge provided water bottles however it was warm The staff are really generous as they offered us some homemade brownies and sweets as we left Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway in Bath PS : I love the Bridgerton connection!
