What visitors say

Jonathan Ward

I've been visiting Squires for the last 15 years. I'm not going to pretend the food is amazing - it's fine for what it is. And yes, in recent years, there has been a decline in quality (especially in the burger patties) but it's still fine. The atmosphere is great on a sunny day, the coffee is good and the staff are friendly. There is also a well appointed campsite and a decent motorcycle accessory shop (Speedstyle) at the back of the café. Nice place to spend an afternoon, talk bikes and get a bite to eat.

I'm not a biker, but if you're not either don't let that put you off. A buzzing hive of patrons, coming and going on all kinds of bikes. Hobbiests and enthusiasts, scores of bikes parked up. I only had a coffee, but the food like good. Great to see an independent business like this thriving.
