Betws-y-Coed sits at the heart of Snowdonia's walking country, with access to riverside paths, mountain trails and the Swallow Falls all within easy reach. A pub stands less than a mile away. Siabod View is a converted stone building positioned to take in views across the valleys towards Moel Siabod itself, making it a proper base for exploring Eryri National Park without the usual hiking-lodge compromise between comfort and location.
The cottage holds two bedrooms—a double and a twin—and a single bathroom, sleeping four. Ground-floor living means the sitting room, kitchen and both bedrooms are on one level; the sitting room has a woodburner and French doors opening to a front garden with seating. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals rather than heating tins. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; wood for the burner is provided initially, then available for purchase. An electric vehicle charging point and parking for three cars sit on the property. The cottage does not permit smoking.
The garden offers a quiet spot to sit between walks or after a day on the water. Families with younger children will find a travel cot and high chair already here. Cyclists can use the bike store. It's the kind of place where you arrive after four in the afternoon and leave before ten in the morning, which suits anyone planning to spend the daylight hours outdoors.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed. Michelle and Andy were very kind and welcoming hosts. The EV charger made things easy for us, and we especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace. It’s also a great base for walks and little adventures nearby. We’d definitely recommend staying here!
