We booked number 4 for four people. It has two beds, one en-suite for the master bedroom and and another bathroom next to the other bedroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with heated towel racks, mirrors, top of the range showers, and many storage compartments There is a decent sized seating area to relax in, a dining table with four chairs, and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The kitchen itself is stocked with all cutlery, plates, bowls, as well as salt and pepper. Not to mention a fridge, dishwasher, drying rack and a washing machine There is a boiler if you do want to switch the hot water on, or warm the rooms We were very impressed with the quality of the equipment supplied as they even had John Lewis hair dryers with automatic lights in each cabinet, so you don’t need to switch the lights on to see what’s inside The only down side was that we had to go back to the cottage due to forgetting something and the cleaners complained that we didn’t clean the freezer. Even though we cleaned all the dishes, dried and put them back in the cabinets, sorted the beds, disinfected the dining table, organised it all and left everything in its right place, with nothing on the floor except a few crumbs. To be honest, it’s not even our job to clean the dishes and do the bed and put everything in it’s original place but we did it anyway just because it’s nice to do so and still the cleaners complained. The cleaners could’ve cleaned number 4 in about 10 minutes seeing that there were two of them but complaining must be in some people’s nature I guess. Also, to access the property you must open one of the key safes on the right side of the property and put in the code that they email to you. Then lift or turn the lock to open the safe. None of them were labelled as to which key was for which door, so maybe they can label them for ease of access. As we got there at night and it was raining so you don’t want to be stuck in the rain, at night, going though all the safes when it could’ve been easily avoided.
