Rivendell is a semi-detached house with three bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping up to six. A single pet stays free. The property is yours alone, with private parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with seating area.

Downstairs, the living room opens through French doors to the garden, with a wood-burning stove and Smart TV. The dining room connects through, and the kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed to cook properly. A separate toilet is on this floor too. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two with kingsize beds and one with two singles—plus a family bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower cubicle. Gas central heating keeps the house warm, and wi-fi is provided. Bed linen and towels are included. There are four steps to the entrance and two within the garden; the front of the property has an unfenced drop. No smoking indoors.

The hamlet is four miles from Carlisle and close to walking routes, nature reserves and local attractions including Watchtree. Hadrian's Wall Trail runs nearby, offering immediate access to the area's historical sites and countryside.
