Absolutely lovely and attentive staff. Breakfast options were delicious. Beautiful hotel with lots of art. Cozy comfortable room for one. On a quiet residential street with a beautiful back garden. Walkable distance to most attractions in the city. In house bar was really nice as well. Truly enjoyed my stay here and will return the next time I find myself in Edinburgh.

Beautiful boutique hotel located within walking distance of many attractions in Edinburg. Lovely welcoming staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, and wonderfully thought out decor. We loved that this hotel is on a quiet street that feels safe and is still close to many sights. I'd choose this hotel again if back in Edinburgh.

We participated in a Whisky Tasting with Tony which was an excellent experience. Knowledgeable with a widespread experience Tony is able to guide you thru Scotlands Whisky regions and heritage. Full recommendation! The hotel also looked nice and the staff and owner where super friendly. Great temporary art on top creates an urban, friendly and refreshing spirit.
