Friendly personnel, late check-in was no problem, parking for free alongside the road, quick answers per booking chat. Due some activities in Edinburgh, all hotels were expensive and even a guest house like this. Heavy smell of food in the hallway, small bed (I'm 1.93m tall and couldn’t fully stretch out), no proper chair to work at the desk, couldn't make the room dark enough.

Enjoyed a fantastic stay here over New Years. My room was very comfortable and owner Nancy was so welcoming and kind. Very easy to reach from the city centre by bus from right outside the property.

Had a really nice stay. Host was very friendly. The road isn't too busy and the modern windows block most noise from outside. Fast bus connection to city center.
