Maesmor

Maesmor is a three-bedroom house sleeping six in the heart of Bala, the market town at the southern edge of Eryri National Park. The ground floor holds a living room, kitchen with electric cooker and microwave, and a conservatory. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one kingsize, one double, two singles) and a bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. A small garden with patio and seating overlooks a fenced field you can use, and there is secure parking for three cars on site.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for self-catering, and essentials including electricity, bed linen and wifi are covered. Gas central heating keeps things warm in winter. A cot and highchair are available if needed. The town centre—with its shops, pubs and restaurants—lies within easy walking distance, while Bala Lake itself is close by for watersports. Snowdonia's fell-walking, climbing and mountain-biking terrain spreads out in all directions; the town also has a ten-hole golf course. No smoking inside.
