Sea View occupies the upper floor of what was once a Victorian gentleman's home, now set within an acre of wooded grounds near Shanklin. The apartment is arranged as one continuous living space with the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen all on this level. There's a double bed in one room and two singles in the other, a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan kitchen and living area where you can prepare meals and relax. French doors lead out to a furnished private balcony with views toward the Channel and Sandown Bay.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking rather than holiday basics—electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a washer dryer are all here. The living area has a television and DVD player. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. On-site parking is available for one car, and the surrounding woodland grounds have sitting areas (shared with other properties in the building). The apartment does not allow smoking.

Luccombe, the hamlet where this sits, lies just inland from Shanklin on the south coast. The Coastal Path runs through the area, linking to Ventnor and opening access to cliff walks and the Chine—a wooded ravine with a beach at its foot. The location suits those after quiet, with sea views from the balcony and bedrooms as the main draw.
