Shanklin Heights

Shanklin Heights works for the occasions when one regular holiday cottage simply won't do. With eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, each room ensuite, it sleeps up to 16 people comfortably under one roof. Every bed converts from doubles into two singles, which means extended families, groups of friends and multi-generational parties can all arrange sleeping spaces to suit themselves. The house holds its Victorian bones but has been refurbished with modern essentials: proper heating, a full kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and air fryer, and two dining areas for gathering everyone together.

Downstairs contains a living room with Smart TV, a formal dining room, a breakfast room, and a separate kitchen, plus a shower room and additional toilet. Upstairs are the remaining six bedrooms. The back garden has a patio and sitting area with furniture for outdoor meals or drinks. On-site parking fits eight cars. Wifi, bed linen, towels and heating costs are all included. The property is non-smoking. Shanklin itself sits on the coast; beaches, shops and restaurants are minutes away on foot.
