What guests say
Lovely comfortable bed. Good deal space and sofa No air conditioning but the room had a built in fan which kept the room at a perfectly cool temp. I visited on the hottest day June 2026, when temp was in the 30s. Tea tray was ok, some decaf coffees but not decaf tea, no biscuits. Reception were happy to give more. The room had a safe and a fridge but the fridge didn't appear to work. Toiletries were sufficient. Hairdryer, iron etc all fine. Breakfast was a little pricey at £18, but the food was well cooked. No veggie bacon, just veggie sausages which are the potato type. Personally I prefer the Quorn style ones. Staff were really friendly and helpful. If you want to use the pool be sure to book a slot (45 mins) at least 48 hours in advance.

Me and my Daughter both found this hotel very relaxing, we enjoyed the hotel pool and sauna in the mornings and late afternoon, the room was very clean and super cosy, Lovely beds. Location was perfect for us for the museums and the ferry cruise on the Mersey. Steakhouses close by. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Was an Amazing stay for us, only a couple of nights, would definitely stay again!

Ok, some good and some bad. I'll start with the good first. The location is smack in the city center, park your car and go sightseeing without the hassle of driving around looking for parking, they have a discount on the parking space next door with 30% discount, its a little under 20 a day. It's very urban but rooms were still quiet. They have a swimming pool with sauna and a gym. Not the biggest but it works for vacation. Breakfest is ok, pretty standard, eggs and bacon and pancakes etc. Service was top notch, super friendly staff and willing to help. Unfortunately there was some bad, and it's basically about the rooms, the pictures gives a totally different feel then on the pictures and I think is a little outdated, there is no AC but more like a fan or ventilation but it was cool in the room. Some towels was dirty, and teaspoons was dirty also. There was also black spots/fungus in the bathtub/shower, and the Chromecast was not functional. All in all its a decent hotel, but if you are looking for top luxury rooms and facilities I recommend to look elsewhere. If you want cheaper prices, good location and decent accommodations this will do just fine. Service is unparalleled and outweighs the room anyway in my opinion. Wish you a happy vacation 😉

Stopped for one night with my husband for an evening out in Liverpool with friends. Great location, comfy rooms but pool needs monitoring. Went for a swim twice. First time there were teenagers that were noisy and splashing about. Second time a big family brought a ball and were playing catch. It almost hit us a couple of times and also kept splashing me and my husband. I got out of the pool after a short time as it was not very relaxing. For such a small pool I feel like ball games should not be allowed. Also, when checking in we were advised of a city tax but we’re not told this in advance. It is only a small fee but I have not had to pay this before for other hotels I have stopped in in Liverpool. On check out we asked about the parking discount to be told this needed to be prebooked to get the discount. Again, this was not communicated to me before our stay. To be told on check out felt the parking discount was a bit redundant. Other than that myself and my husband had a lovely stay.
