What guests say
I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn and couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, from the reception area to the rooms. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality options, with something to suit every taste. Dinner was equally impressive, with delicious meals that were well prepared and served promptly. Every meal exceeded my expectations. What truly made this stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. Their positive attitude and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend Premier Inn to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent food and exceptional staff. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable—I look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Liverpool One recently. While the overall service was okay, I had a very disturbing experience that I cannot ignore. First, I want to say that the staff, especially the housekeeping team, are doing a great job. Their hard work and effort are truly appreciated. However, I witnessed the head of housekeeping speaking to a staff member in a completely disrespectful and demeaning way. I was genuinely shocked. No matter what position someone holds, it is unacceptable to speak to others like that. It was disgusting and inhumane to witness. People are human beings regardless of their job title, and they deserve respect. Although I truly appreciate the staff’s hard work and service, I had to give one star because of this experience. Because of this, I will not be returning. I strongly urge management to address this issue. Respect your staff — they deserve dignity !!!

We have stayed in many Premier Inns but this was the worst. Our room was nice and clean though. Went for our evening meal, the dining room was very cold. I ordered a prawn cocktail which was supposed to come with malted bread but came with garlic bread. My husbands meal wasn’t warm. We had a long wait, in fact it took us nearly two hours to get two courses down, yet the dining room was quiet. We won’t bother going there again!

Usual premier inn fayre. Great location, Tesco next door for in room booze and nibbles. We were on 5th floor which was surprisingly quiet for city centre location on a Saturday night. Shower was the the most powerful hotel shower I've ever had. Entrance area wasn't very inviting, you then had to catch a lift up to reception where you might get lucky and have a human waiting to welcome you, otherwise it's self service. Bar offered the usual poor mass produced beers with no local breweries on offer. Guinness was out of a can. Unfortunately premier inn have deviated from where they once began by charging silly prices for weekend city stays without much luxury or service. All in all good hotel if you book early and get a good price.
