Never book hotel with golders green london. We booked hotel with them they mentioned wrong address but later after reaching there property owner didn't pick our calls. Later they send us different location which we didn't like. They told us they will refund our money but not. They never pick calls and scammed us.

Nice staff very friendly, basic breakfast it was enough for everyone. The bed was large and comfortable enough for a couple of days but not for too long. Location of the hotel was great and it was easy to access the town wherever we choose to travel via underground trains or coaches.

Absolutely appalled with the customer service from the gentleman at the front desk when I went in to confirm and pay for my booking. He was very rude and tried to tell me that the price I was quoted online would not be the price for the room I reserved and wanted proof before giving me the room for the same price that was quoted as he could not seem to go off the booking reference number or pin I had been sent and he had to see the hotel I had selected for the booking and proof of the price. He was also very rude towards the person I was staying there with, unnecessarily. The hotel in itself and the room I had stayed in was generally okay however, the bin had not been emptied from the previous person/s stay and the bed clothes were a little stained. The prices seem to be quite decent for the rooms though, however, I for sure, will think twice before booking with them again.

We came at 4am without reservation and this hotel was the only one place that opened door for us at night. Price was fine, rooms clean, staff was really friendly. Room was extremely quiet 🤫 Thank you very much 🤩
