About ibis London Luton Airport
ibis London Luton Airport is a sizeable modern building with 162 rooms, purpose-built for travellers passing through rather than for lingering charm. Its straightforward, functional style suits its purpose: a practical base close to the terminal, on Spittlesea Road in Luton, Bedfordshire.
Rooms are en-suite and come with everything needed for a short stay, including family and accessible options, though some are on the dated side rather than freshly refurbished. Breakfast covers both hot and continental choices, and there's a restaurant, bar, snack bar and outdoor seating on site, with drinks and kids' meals available. Meeting rooms and wedding facilities extend its use beyond overnight stops, and staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful.
The airport itself is only a 5-15 minute walk away, making this a convenient choice for early flights or late arrivals, and there are further pubs and restaurants nearby for those wanting to eat out. On-site parking is available for a charge, and pets are welcome.

Great hospitality and clean, comfortable stay! We arrived early in the morning around 10:00 AM, and the staff member on duty was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. They made it completely hassle-free for us to store our luggage in a secure area so we could go about our day. When we returned to check in, we were warmly greeted by Maddy, who was fantastic—so kind, polite, and efficient. She handled our check-in seamlessly and even took our dinner order right then and there, which was a lovely personal touch. As for the rooms, they are very clean and tidy. While the decor feels a little dated, the overall comfort and outstanding service from the team more than made up for it. Highly recommended for the wonderful staff alone!
