A very nice hotel which is definitely worth the price. It has a nice and a very luxurious bathroom. The bathroom has shower gel and shampoo which is animal abuse free. The mattresses are comfortable and big. The view is not that good and you can hear the airplanes going up (it's not loud, only slight noise). The room also has a big smart TV and a desk with an office chair. The AC works fine. The breakfast lounge is very nice.

Stayed here recently for a trip through Luton Airport and overall had a solid, hassle-free experience. A few highlights: Location & Convenience: Very close to the terminal, which made both check-in and the early-morning departure completely stress-free. If you've got an early flight or a late landing, this is a huge plus — no long shuttle waits or navigating unfamiliar roads. Room: I stayed in room 125 along with my family! The rooms are very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, blackout curtains did their job for a good night's sleep despite being near an airport, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast: The free English breakfast (standard for Hampton by Hilton) was a nice touch good variety, fresh, and a great way to start the day before a flight. Staff & Service:Friendly and efficient front desk staff, quick check-in/check-out process. Value:Good price point for what you get, especially considering the airport proximity. Overall: A reliable, no-fuss option for anyone flying in or out of Luton. Would stay again.

Stayed 2 nights for concert at Knebworth. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was simple but hot and tasty. Breakfast a little chaotic with some many staying for the same reason. Rajar (apologies if have spelt incorrectly) was extremely helpful when having to check out and check back in again so we didn't have to change rooms. And this would be 2 negatives of the hotel. Every time we contacted the hotel to inform them of 2 different booking (prenight&package) could we link them to not change rooms. Every time told something different. Ultimately as above, they have no way prior to arrival and checking out and back in the following morning. There was never enough staff in the evening. 2 staff covering reception, bar and kitchen. When 2 coaches are known to be returning around 11.30, most need to check in. Other guest nothing to do with the event could only imagine.

The hotel itself was good and breakfast was nice but the bed wasnt made properly and also my husband had iron maiden stuff stolen from his room that he bought at the concert and didnt realise until he left the hotel. It could only have been the cleaner. Also a guy staying there that my husband met at the concert had stuff taken as well. Wouldnt stay here again as its not safe leavng ur belongings in the room.
