About Premier Inn Luton Airport
Walk into a room at Premier Inn Luton Airport and you'll find one of 131 recently refurbished en-suite rooms, kept clean and comfortable with working air conditioning and drinks available on request. Some rooms can pick up noise from nearby traffic or the airport, so light sleepers may want to factor that in, but the trade-off is a genuinely convenient base for early flights or late arrivals.
The hotel spans four floors and has a lift for easy access, along with accessible rooms for those who need them. There's a restaurant on site serving breakfast and other meals, plus 24 hour reception for whatever time your flight lands. On-site parking is available for a charge, and there's an electric vehicle charge point for those who need it.
Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and the location does a lot of the work here - Luton Airport and Luton Airport Parkway station are both close by, making this a practical choice for travellers passing through. Pubs, restaurants and a golf course are nearby too, along with entertainment options for anyone with a bit of time to fill before a flight.
What guests say
Accessible room was fantastic. Arrived on a really hot day and the room had already been sorted to a lower temperature via air con which is wonderful when your partner has been pushing a wheelchair all day. Nice and easy facilities for me, no problem with the lowered sink for my partner. Staff were great and we enjoyed negotiating with the bot hoover. That was fun, Totally recommend from an accessible point of view

Great location to the airport. Atmosphere was calm and relaxed when we arrived. The foyer was very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially uji on reception, he was a delight to deal with and very helpful. We really appreciated the email communication about the lifts being out of service, although the issue was promptly fixed by the time we arrived. The room was spacious with good facilities and very clean and well set up . Easy to find as was marked well in the hallways/ door. We certainly made it a home from home for our stopover. Thanks for having us and keep up the good work!

We spent three nights here with my wife and our little one. The location was very convenient for Luton Airport and nearby shops such as Aldi, Home Bargains, Poundland, McDonald’s, and Greggs, which made things easy for us as a family. As usual, the pricing was reasonable. The hotel itself does look somewhat dated compared to other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in, but the room heating was excellent and kept us very comfortable. The staff member who welcomed us was friendly and very helpful, which we appreciated. We did request housekeeping both at reception and by hanging the door card, but unfortunately the room was not cleaned that day. The team attended to it the following day, though it appeared to have been done in a hurry. The stained sheets were straightened rather than replaced, which was disappointing. We also noticed some mould on the window and stains on the inner curtains, which made us reluctant to open them. A deeper clean in these areas would certainly improve the overall experience. Breakfast was served at the Beefeater restaurant, and as expected, Premier Inn delivered a good English buffet breakfast. One small suggestion would be to add a second toaster, as the queue for the single toaster was quite long and inconvenient during busy periods. Overall, a convenient stay with helpful staff, but some improvements in housekeeping and general upkeep would make a noticeable difference.

Arrived at 3:30 am after a flight so can’t comment too much on noise and atmosphere. 10-15 minute walk from the DART. Receptionist was friendly and checked us in quickly. Standard room fairly big, clean, comfy bed. Unfortunately, it was the midst of a 30°+ heatwave, the windows didn’t open and there was no air conditioning. Signage said there was an air vent to circulate air however it was still hot and stuffy.
