Absolute rubbish hotel made me do ID felt like a criminal ask for room service they said they'll come at 12pm didn't come at all dodgy people the Indian chap was so rude denied my ID then said I can go in started waffling about child protection when we both 18 just absolutely rubbish and waste of money nothing else to really say rather stay at travelodge other then this should be closed down asap. Also mouldy

I had a wonderful experience at the Luton hotel. I’d like to thank Ana who made me feel really welcomed and helped with my extending my booking. I would definitely recommend OYO the Luton hotel for anyone looking for a stay close to the town centre!

You need to produce photo ID to check in. Made me feel like a terrorist or criminal. I've stayed in 100s of hotels in the UK. I've never been forced to product photo ID which the photocopied. Im relieved they didn't task for a DNA sample. Absolutely no need for such rigorous ID checks. Won't be ever staying here again. Luckily I was going to the airport and had my passport otherwise I wouldnt have got my room and they would have kept my money.

This is the perfect hotel for short stays. I’ve stayed twice now and it gives me all I need for such a low fee. Free parking, free heating, free wifi, boiling water, a sink and shower that drains properly. So what if the furniture is a state and the beds a bit crooked. If you book here long term and expect bliss, you’re an idiot for doing so
