I recently stayed at Thistle Express Luton and wanted to give a special mention to Sabia at reception. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. She checked me in quickly, explained all the hotel facilities clearly, and gave helpful tips about local transport and places to eat nearby. Even when the front desk was busy, Sabia remained calm, attentive, and made sure I felt valued. She answered all my questions patiently and went the extra mile to ensure my stay got off to a smooth start. It’s staff like her who make a big difference to the guest experience. This was a lovely way to spend the weekend, the only issues were the air con wasn't working and that isn't ideal in the hot weather this was solved by Sonny and Tommy, the room fan was changed and ice provided. Want to praise Sonny as he made us feel welcomed and he was so friendly and brilliant at his job. Breakfast was okay then only problem was needed cooking a little more to accommodate pregnancy as my friend couldn't eat certain foods off the cooked breakfast.
