The bed was lovely and comfortable. Don’t know how much they care about clean sheets or mattress due to them using the washing line outside and the sheets dragging on the grass and the matters leaning up against a fence. Service was polite they do ask some personal questions like ( where have u came from, What’s your plans for being around here.) when u get to your room they do give u a tray of food with fruit and some pastries on it and a drinks. Location wasn’t amazing there is no parking apart from the road side and u can only park there for one hour before having to leave due to parking warden coming around. Had a few cars during the night racing down the road. The only major problem I had staying here was that one of the guys that work here had the World Cup on the tv in the dining room and u could hear that from my room and my mate could hear it from upstairs in his room as well so that kept us up most of the night. They did say about bring fans to our rooms but only one of us got the fan and they didn’t say why.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! The beddings had other people’s hair and stains on it. The bed that my 4 year old daughter was sleeping on was broken and the plus socket wasn’t even in the wall properly. They moaned when we asked for fresh towels as we only had 2 and we are clean people. There’s mould in the bathroom and people were being extremely loud above us talking loud as well at stupid times of the morning. The fridge in the room wasn’t plugged in and we wasn’t going to plug it in because of the faulty plug. The bathroom stunk of smoke and there is mould in the shower. Waste of money not staying here again. Was supposed to be for the weekend and we only stayed one night. There was also cigarette ash behind the bedside cabinet which was also useless the other bedside cabinet had a hole in the drawer so that is not able to be used either.

Hi there, I turned up today around 8pm to check into my room. I arrived with my cousin. The man that greeted us was highly unprofessional. The first question he asked was “are you here for the party?” I had to stipulate that I had paid for a room. The room was not ready, and had said we needed to wait an extra 15 minutes despite the check in time being 2pm. He was asking personal questions about our ages and attempting to tell us his personal romantic story and being overly familiar. This was making us feel very comfortable. When he went upstairs to check in on the room, I noticed that there were cameras in the upstairs corridors. I saw him take a man out of his room with his bags. This made me speculate whether the man was in the room that I had booked. Due to this unprofessional and highly inappropriate encounter, I would like to request my deposit back for the room.
