The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, cosy, and incredibly well stocked. The little extras really made a difference – the Mini Cheddars were such a nice touch, and we also loved the shortbread and rocky road waiting for us in the room. 😋 The bathroom was modern and well equipped, with plenty of toiletries provided, including body lotion and other thoughtful essentials. The bathrobes and little chocolates left on the bed were a cute touch to come into. Breakfast was absolutely amazing 😍 with a huge selection of teas to choose from and delicious food. The lady running the B&B was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely! You can clearly tell a lot of thought has been put into this B&B, and it was those extra touches that made it for me. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Two night break for myself and my son. Welcomed into Abbey house by the wonderful owner Vickie who is a true credit to the hospitality trade. Vickie was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Rooms are spotless with all the amenities needed. Lovely choice at breakfast with good quality ingredients. B&B Nicely located. Few minutes walk to town centre and Penrith is a lovely place to visit. Will look forward to returning again at some point. Thankyou again Vickie. We are glad we chose to stay at your B&B and for anyone else choosing to visit Penrith. One of the best places I have stayed. The room and bathroom was immaculate. Excellent tea and coffee Offerings. The breakfast was all I could ask for. I requested a gluten free meal and I was not disappointed. Would recommend to anyone. Vickie was the most attentive host without being overbearing.

Lovely bed and breakfast. Room was clean with plenty of facilities and extra bits you'd need if you forgot any toiletries. Vickie was a perfect host and super friendly 👌 . We'd highly recommend and will be booking another visit soon.
