Craignuisq Farmhouse is a traditional stone building positioned on a hillside overlooking the Tay Valley, on an extensive rural estate in Perth and Kinross. The property comes as a whole to yourself, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors, accommodating up to five guests. One dog is welcome. The ground floor holds a living room with open fire and seating area, a dining room, and a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom has a zip-and-link super king bed that can be split into two singles on request, with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains two 3ft single beds, also with an ensuite. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are provided, along with initial fuel for the open fires.
The farmhouse sits within over 6000 acres of natural grounds shared with the owner, featuring woodland, lochs and open countryside. The enclosed garden has a lawned area with sitting-out space, garden furniture and a gas barbecue. Fishing is available on the estate for a fee and with a valid licence. You have private parking for three cars on site. The grounds include sloping banks, a pond and lochs, so they require some care when exploring. This working sheep and beef farm is suited to families wanting space and countryside access, or those simply seeking quiet. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
