Kingfisher Cottage

The River Tay runs at the bottom of the garden at Kingfisher Cottage, a restored stone cottage sleeping two on the banks near Logierait. Lawns slope down to the water's edge, where kingfishers and other wildlife are regularly spotted. The garden is not suitable for small children because of the river's proximity.

Downstairs holds an open-plan kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove and smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and a separate utility room. There is a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower complete the layout. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The cottage has private parking and an electric car charging point, plus a garden with seating and BBQ space.
