Step through the entrance and Osprey Cottage opens into a single, flowing ground floor—living area with woodburner and Smart TV, dining space, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics for self-catering. A utility room houses the washer-dryer, and there's a separate cloakroom. Upstairs, a bedroom with super kingsize bed connects to an ensuite with cubicle shower and heated towel rail. The cottage is detached, with its own parking for one car and a private garden with seating and a BBQ; the grounds slope down to the River Tay itself, so access to the water's edge is immediate.
Osprey Cottage sits within a working Highland estate of more than 6,000 acres in rural Perthshire, between Logierait Bridge and the Upper Kinnaird Fishing Hut. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and the initial logs for the woodburner are included; heating is gas central. The setting suits couples after a quiet break, with the river and its bird life—ospreys among them—as the main view from the cottage. The grounds are shared with other properties on the estate, and there are steep drops nearby, so take care if exploring. An electric car charging point is available on site. Smoking is not permitted inside.
