l had the most beautiful experience to rest my soul in this hotel, the couple who are the owners of the hotel were very friendly, they made a warm omelette dish for me the night l arrived since there were no grocery stores or restaurants available around. The hotel is quite far from Pitlochry train station; driving would be the best option to reach it. l love every small detail of the interior design of the room, l lived in the green room which gives me a feeling of peace, comfort and warmth during the stay. l would recommend you visit if you ever travel around there!

New owners James & Lisa are so lovely... such a warm & friendly welcome on arrival. Our room was very spacious on the ground floor...meets all the needs for a disabled person. Parking space outside room for ease of unpacking too. Beautiful breakfast room with an awesome view...full Scottish breakfast was amazing, beautifully cooked & presented...great coffee too. To say this B&B is spotlessly clean is an understatement...its immaculate. Thank you both for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back & we will be highly recommending you too.

James and Lisa were amazing hosts. We stayed in the purple room and the views were incredible. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and Lisa’s shortbread cookies and tablet were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to friends. Hope we can stay here again if we’re ever back in Scotland!

What a lovely stay we had for our Easter break. Room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We had a nice choice for breakfast, including a cooked breakfast and a buffet, they all satisfied our needs, especially for fueling before a hike! And I really appreciate that they provided oat milk for our coffees. Breakfast room has an amazing view!! James and Leesa are wonderful hosts, very friendly with plenty of recommendations (and thank you for drying our soaked clothes after a hike and to Leesa for the home made fudge, it was delicious!) We would definitely recommend this place! 👌
