Kings Haven

Kings Haven suits families and groups of up to six looking for a self-contained base on the water. The three-bedroom townhouse occupies a coastal position in Mount Batten, within walking distance of the ferry and the Barbican's bars and restaurants. Two king beds are on the first and second floors; the third bedroom has a king that converts to twin single beds on request. Each floor has its own bathroom.

The ground floor opens onto a terrace with garden seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. The first-floor living room has a 55-inch smart TV and steps out to a balcony. The kitchen comes equipped to cook proper meals—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave—and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; there's a welcome pack on arrival. Gated parking for two cars is on site, with additional public parking fifty yards away.

Mount Batten Tower and the coastal paths nearby suit walkers. The ferry runs from the foot of the peninsula into the city centre; Plymouth Hoe is accessible by foot. The property is non-smoking throughout.
