The Lodge
Scottish Borders

The Lodge sits on the riverbank just outside West Linton, a conservation village in the Scottish Borders. It's a single, self-contained space on the first floor with a bedroom, shower room, and open-plan kitchen and living area. A 7ft bed, full cooking facilities, and a Smart TV with Freeview are provided; heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included in the rate. One well-behaved pet stays free. A terrace with garden furniture looks out over the grounds, and there is parking for two cars on site.
Within easy reach on foot or a short drive: West Linton's pub and restaurant sit less than a mile away, the village golf club welcomes visitors, and the Tweed Valley's walking and cycling trails start from the property—the Tweed Walk, Pentland Way, and European Long Distance Path all pass through here. Slightly further afield, Rosslyn Chapel is 12 miles south; Edinburgh city centre is about 20 minutes by car and offers the Castle, Royal Mile, and Princes Street; and Scotland's dry ski slope at Glenshee is 15 minutes away. For those planning longer journeys, Glasgow, Stirling and Perth are all within an hour's drive. The property is not available to smokers.
