Absolutely wonderful guest house. Hayley and John are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is amazing too. Rooms with comfortable beds, nice and clean with extra little touches such as chocolates in the room. Hayley was so kind to our two granddaughters and the special leaving gift she gave them was a lovely added touch. Can highly recommend this place if visiting the Isle of Wight. Just perfect. Thank you.

Great place to stay in shanklin. John and Halley are great hosts and have an amazing place with a great breakfast. Would happily stay here again nice and quiet but not far from the front or transport links.

Very nice and friendly. The hosts are very welcoming, funny and caring. I liked the no-waste-concept. The whole place is run with a lot of love. Close to the railway station and bus stop.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was so lovely John and Hailey are wonderful hosts. They made me feel welcome and were very helpful, the room was lovely and breakfast was stunning. Property is not far from shanklin centre and to the beach. I would highly recommend a stay if you are in the area
