Absolutely outstanding – couldn’t recommend more! Monkey Business is truly a fantastic place. The manager and all of the staff go above and beyond to support both myself and my SEN child, and that level of care makes such a difference. From the moment we arrive, we are made to feel welcome, understood, and valued. The team are incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, always taking the time to adapt and ensure my child feels safe, included, and happy. It’s clear they genuinely care and have a wonderful understanding of additional needs, which can be hard to find. I honestly couldn’t recommend Monkey Business highly enough. It is one of the most inclusive, supportive, and positive environments we’ve experienced, and we will definitely continue coming back. Thank you to the manager and the whole team for everything you do!

We celebrated our son’s 6th birthday at Monkey Bizness Southampton this past Saturday, and it was absolutely fantastic! The entire event was incredibly well-organized from start to finish. A special shout-out to the member of staff who looked after us — she was amazing, extremely helpful, and kept everything running perfectly smooth throughout the whole 2 hours. The kids had an absolute blast and were so happy, which meant we, as parents, could actually relax and enjoy the day too. Highly recommend Monkey Bizness for a stress-free and fun kids' party! We’ll definitely be back.

We visited recently with my son, who has additional needs, and had such a positive experience that I felt it deserved a review. During our visit, the fire alarm unexpectedly went off, which was understandably very distressing for him. However, the way the staff handled the situation was absolutely outstanding. The manager, Shane, and duty manager, Owen, were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to gently encourage my son back inside once it was safe, engaging with him in such a calm and understanding way that really helped him feel secure again. Their approach made a huge difference to what could have been a very overwhelming experience. The centre itself is fantastic , there are so many different activities to keep children entertained, and everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after. The food was also absolutely delicious, and the team were more than happy to accommodate my son’s eating difficulties without any fuss, which means a lot as a parent. Overall, the staff went above and beyond, and it’s clear they genuinely care about creating a safe and welcoming environment for all children. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to other families.

Lovely clean and fun. My 2 toddlers enjoyed the under 3s area, great range of sensory and physical activity. We even joined the craft table as part of toddler mornings, which was a nice break from physical play whilst still keeping them engaged and entertained. We got a lunch box thing from the cafe, reasonably priced for everything in there and they ate everything.
