This was an ideal place to go on a extremely, over heated, global warming day. The cinema is so cool with the air con . The screen and surround sound are excellent here. But what I particularly appreciated was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. We are a charity made up of neurodivergent members and tend to cause confusion where-ever we go. I would like to make a special mention of Lauren and Libbie who were especially patient and kind and full of good natured good humour with us.

I swapped going Luton Cineworld for Stevenage Cineworld years ago. So much better quality and atmosphere in general, and no dodgy geezer's outside looking like their up to no good. Haven't really had a bad experience there yet. Would be 5 stars but the ice cream kiosk has gone now, can't have it all though.

definitely my favourite place to watch a movie with large spacious theaters, high screen & audio quality and some VERY good food to go with it as well. the nachos and the ice cream are excellent. the 4DX is great too and a neat addition

We come to Stevenage fairly regularly to watch Movies. We loved getting a tub of Ice Cream and sitting down to watch our movie. It is not the same now there isn’t an ice cream parlour!! My favourite was dark chocolate with large chunks of chocolate. Staff have told us that it is going to be months before we get Ice cream again!! Not good Cineworld, you are letting your customers down. Ben & Jerry’s don’t cut it for us……
