Hummingbird Lodge works well for couples or small families after a countryside break without the fuss. The whole property is yours—two bedrooms, one bathroom, ground-floor living all in one open plan. Bedroom one has a zip-and-link king that splits into singles if needed, plus an ensuite with walk-in shower; bedroom two offers a standard king. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, with gas hob and cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. Smart TVs are in both the main living space and the master bedroom. One dog travels free.
What makes the stay different is the private hot tub positioned on the grounds, where you can soak between visits to nearby walks and the River Tees. The property sits at Holmewood Lakes near Yarm, with your own parking for two cars and wi-fi throughout. Bed linen, towels and heating are included. There are three steps in the grounds. Check-in is after 15:00, check-out before 10:00, and the property is non-smoking.

Absolutely Unreal ... The lodges are so modern and comfortable, The staff were Super friendly and welcoming. My son enjoyed fishing in the lakes whilst we watched from the Hot tub! 100% Reccomend! Already planning a child free visit 🤍
