Lovebird Lodge is a single-storey cedar-built lodge at Holmewood Lakes, near Yarm. Everything is on the ground floor: a living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar, electric oven and gas hob; a bedroom with a kingsize bed; and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Both main rooms have smart TVs. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with a fridge-freezer and wine cooler. Heating and hot water are included, along with bed linen, towels and wifi throughout.
Outside, the lodge has its own hot tub for four people, set on a private decking area with garden furniture. There is parking on site for two cars. The grounds contain an unfenced lake. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost. The property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, and does not allow smoking.
Holmewood Lakes sits in countryside near the River Tees, within reach of Yarm town centre. The wider area suits walking and cycling, and if you have your own equipment, water sports on the river are possible. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.

Absolutely Unreal ... The lodges are so modern and comfortable, The staff were Super friendly and welcoming. My son enjoyed fishing in the lakes whilst we watched from the Hot tub! 100% Reccomend! Already planning a child free visit 🤍
