About Seaside Cottage
The North Norfolk coast is on the doorstep at Seaside Cottage, with walking and cycling routes leading out along the shoreline, and golf, fishing and watersports all within reach nearby. Pubs, restaurants and other places to eat are close by in Wells-next-the-Sea itself, along with entertainment for evenings after a day outdoors.
The cottage itself has three bedrooms and sleeps up to three guests, making it suited to a small group or family wanting space of their own rather than a single hotel room. There's a kitchen for cooking, drinks provided in the room, and a garden with outdoor seating to sit out in when the weather allows. Sea views can be enjoyed from the property, and free on-site parking is included, along with 24 hour reception for guests arriving at any hour.
It's a straightforward base for exploring this stretch of Norfolk coastline, whether that means a walk along the paths nearby, a round of golf, or simply a meal at a local pub after the beach.

A beautiful cottage nestled in the lovely coastal village of Wells-Next-The-Sea. We had a lovely stay in June. Plenty of great food options just a stone throw away from the cottage too such as French's Fish shop, Flour pizza and Bang in Wells as well as a few good pubs and a wine bar up the main street. It was such a nice break away, with a bottle of prosecco on arrival after easy parking in own space behind the cottage and easy keylock to gain access to the property. Managed a couple of runs along the coast with stunning views and it is flat too and nice cosy courtyard garden was a blessing after a hot run to cooldown. We also managed to spot a seal in the Quay whilst relaxing and watching families crabbing eating our fish and chips. The cottage was very clean and has plenty in the kitchen to cook at home if not wanting to eat out all the time. Will be keen to pop back again as we didn't explore enough of the Norfolk area but also because this was a really nice break to relax and take it easy. Wish we could have booked for longer.

Holiday home for last few years.class accomodation not far from beach and harbour.be back again next year.
