What visitors say
Stunning beaches , but online comparisons to the Bahamas are way off. It's beautiful but if you are not a beach in the wind sort of person , then you will soon get bored . No fault of the beach though .

What a great site, this is the second of their sites we have stayed on. The facilities are more than ample for the four pitches. The shower had loads of hot water and plenty of room. Well worth staying here to support the local community. The views are the best you’ll get anywhere in the world.

Wow what a place, amazing facilities and only 5 pitches. Beautiful setting, three loos and two showers. I hope one day we are lucky enough to return. Laundry is £6 and you need a token from the gift shop at Talla Na Mara.

We had a fantastic stay at the West Harris Trust run Old School House camp site, also visited their Café a few minutes up the road. All the facilities were spotlessly clean and modern. The location of the Old School House is stunning with a beautiful beach and walks just minutes away. Quiet private location with only four vans, we had pitch number 4 facing out onto open fields. Our booking was last minute, must thank Kate who took the trouble to let us know of a cancelation and allowed us to stay on such a great site. What a superbly run community trust. Thank you
