Angle Tarn Cottage is a recently renovated semi-detached property built on two storeys to make the most of its elevated position above Ambleside. The ground floor holds the master bedroom with ensuite, utility room and access to the kitchen via the rear entrance. Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining space centres around a woodburner and looks out towards Coniston and Wetherlam; the fitted kitchen adjoins this, and two further bedrooms (one double, one twin) share a four-piece bathroom with underfloor heating.
The cottage sleeps six and comes with everything needed for a self-catering stay: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, along with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Logs for the woodburner are available locally. Outside, the terraced garden spreads across multiple levels with two patio areas and garden furniture; there is private parking for two cars and a bike store. Note that access to the front entrance involves a step, though an alternative path through the grounds leads to the rear door if preferred.
The location suits walkers and cyclists—Ambleside sits close to fell routes and quieter cycle trails. The property is no-smoking throughout.
