Saddleback Barn

Saddleback Barn is a converted farm building with three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, sleeping seven people. The property occupies a hillside position within extensive grounds shared with six other holiday cottages, all originally part of a working farmstead converted over recent decades. Ground floor holds two bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link super kingsize and single bed, the other with a zip-and-link super kingsize—plus a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs, the third bedroom contains a kingsize bed alongside a shower room, and a living and dining space with television and electric fire opens onto a kitchen equipped for full self-catering.

The barn retains original architectural features throughout. Electricity, bed linen, Wi-Fi and heating are included; a utility room in the courtyard contains a washing machine and tumble dryer available at cost. Outside, a large lawned garden with seating area and furniture is shared with neighbouring properties, and there is private parking for three cars on site, plus a bike store and electric vehicle charging point. The location sits close to Keswick and the northern Lake District. Smoking is not permitted.
