Step through the door at Mucky Peg and you're immediately in a generous open-plan living space, flooded with light from a bay window overlooking Clifton Green. Two designer sofas face a smart TV—one converts to a single bed if needed. The kitchen runs along one side with a full range of appliances including dishwasher and washer-dryer, granite worktops, and space around the dining table for all five guests. Everything you need to cook and eat properly is here.

The two bedrooms are identically laid out, each with a zip-and-link super kingsize bed (which can be separated into two singles on request), a TV, and an en-suite with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. A courtyard with patio and garden furniture sits directly accessible from the property, providing a private outdoor space. Mucky Peg sits on the ground floor of a converted hotel overlooking Clifton Green, a ten-minute walk from York's city centre and its historic gated entrances. WiFi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included. There is parking for one car on site. Smoking is not permitted inside.
