lthough the place needs a little spruce up (painting, carpets), the service was excellent. Breakfast was prompt and the location was ideal, on the outskirts of Bath but close enough to get an Uber every day to go to the city. There were plenty of parking spaces and it was easy to find, just off the roundabout to Bath. Maybe the wifi wasn’t the best, but it was peaceful. The lounge needs an upgrade too and better sofas. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Having booked here through a well known 3rd party booking site there was no record of the booking on arrival at the hotel. I was required to book a much more expensive room in order to be able to stay. The third party site is telling me that OYO are refusing to return their request for information on the booking mistakes so according to them, OYO’s service has resulted in me having paid for two bookings when only one was used

Probably the best VALUE place I have ever stayed in! Sure some areas are a bit 'tired' but someone must have spent a huge amount of money on decorations at one time! Lovely. I couldn't find another place in Bath with those facilities, near that price. It is a lovely old house with rooms with perfectly good facilities, with taxi fares between £6 and £9 Taxi rides (Uber) to the centre of Bath! The beds were comfortable and the room cleaned (the shower could do with a deep de-scale though). Defo stay there again. Thank you. Julian

I've stayed here several times & think it is a gem of a place. If you want somewhere that is extremely reasonably priced for Bath then it is perfect. It's location is approx 2 miles from the centre & easy for a taxi ride to save on parking & congestion charges. It is a bit tired in the decor but has everything you need & I love the the old building which they have tried to keep the feel of throughout. They don't have a reception but the young man who runs the place is available at all times to make sure you have what you need. They also do a lovely breakfast. Parking in Bath is a nightmare so to have a lovely hotel with a car park is brilliant. I love this place x
