What visitors say
Amazing venue – we love it here! We are VIB members and visit Gravity Northampton very often with my two kids (13 and 11). It is hands down their favorite place to burn off energy. A huge shoutout to Sam! Sam is always incredibly welcoming, helpful, and fantastic with the kids. Having staff who genuinely care makes every visit special.

Had son’s birthday party booked table and food. Kelly was our host, slow initially on seeing us to table, had to queue up. Slow and limited on socks for guests, serving others at the till, you’d assume one till would be made available for people having booked parties. On the count down in the activity area Kelly could not remember my son’s name and referred to my son as “his birthday”, low prep and attention to detail. When the food arrived it was take out pizza and food - the services at the venue had been broken for weeks. They placed us right next to a hurricane machine so we were constantly disturbed at our table with people who were not part of our event, this disturbed the happy birthday song. Not only did Kelly stand directly in front of my son while we all sang happy birthday which meant we could not take pictures or videos, but eventually after he blew out the candles and she moved out the way, we found the cake was placed facing my son, so any pictures would have had the back of the cake. It’s not a hard job, smile and use a little common sense. Lastly my son mentioned he was very scared of her appearance. Heavy facial piercing in cheeks, nose etc, gothic make up - not appropriate for a 4 year old. Kelly was polite, but it felt like she lacked attention, and mindfulness - overall the placement was terrible, the food was in take out boxes, and the service lagged and was poor.

Visited Northampton Gravity Trampoline Park and was extremely disappointed. The entire place was filthy—glass covered in handprints, tables littered with rubbish and bottles, chairs overturned, and some broken chairs. The floors were filthy, and staff were largely absent, leaving people queuing with no one to assist despite us being the only few families in there. Overall, it was, unhygienic, and completely unwelcoming. Definitely not anywhere I would want to spend even an hour of my time again
