What a wonderful place to stay. The No.26 bus route is right there. Ready walk to restaurants and the water front. Also east bus ride into town. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and the hosts are amazing people. The breakfasts are really tasty and very generous. If you're looking to stay for a night or few in Edinburgh this place is highly recommended

This B&B is highly recommended. We stayed there for two days with our two children on a tour of Scotland. Lynne and Rob are lovely, helpful and warm hosts. The breakfast is wonderful and their tips for excursions very helpful. You can have a wonderful time here.

We had a great time at Another room. Lynne is a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. There are bus stops very near, so getting to the touristy places was very easy. Portobello beach nearby offers good food choices.

Lynn and Robert are taking great care of the guests. We even got Whiskey (Jura) for breakfast… :-) Lynn serves homemade scones and shares her recipe. They are full of stories and tips. Thanks to them we visited Portobello beach strip, a chill area 15 minutes walking. And upon their advice, we took the Mary Kings Close tour, showing the fascinating growth of the city in the 18th century. Bear in mind that in the long days of June, esp with excellent weather, the rooms are not very dark. An excellent place to explore the city. We walked everything.
