Novotel Edinburgh Park

Our stay was excellent, and a big part of that was thanks to Marco at reception. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with outstanding professionalism and kindness. He took the time to explain how the breakfast service worked, and thanks to his recommendation we decided to book it straight away. He also helped us join the ALL Accor loyalty program so we could enjoy all the benefits and services it offers, which we really appreciated. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Later that afternoon, we met Marco again, and he explained how the hotel bar worked and where we could watch the football. He was always friendly, approachable, and happy to help. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys their job and makes guests feel so welcome. Marco made our stay even more enjoyable, and we are very grateful for his excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and especially want to thank Marco for making our experience so memorable. We will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic stay at Novotel Edinburgh Park! The hotel was spotlessly clean, the service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The beer was excellent too! 🍺😄 One thing we really appreciated was how smooth everything was—no long waiting time for either check-in or check-out,which made the experience even more relaxing. The location is another big plus, with both tram and train stations just a short walk away. Although we mostly chose Uber for our own comfort, having those transport options nearby is definitely convenient. Overall, we were fully satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend Novotel Edinburgh Park to anyone visiting Edinburgh. We would definitely love to stay here again! Special note to front office staff Mr. MARCO & Ms. DANI were specially appreciated. Thankyou Guys🤍💜❤️

As sharing this review while staying at the hotel, I would like to mention that it is my second time staying with you. I have stayed here in July 2025, was greeted by a hospitable and welcoming staff and provided the kids with toys and things. Even though I came a little bit early, Miss.Wasan and the rest of the front desk staff were kind enough to manage that. The accommodation was excellent and the rooms are A/C equipped with a nice view. Spent a week in the hotel and was memorable. This year have planned to stay with them for the second time, but for a longer stay. I checked in late due to travel delays, was given a good room with a promise to change the room if needed. Today I went down to the front desk and was greeted and welcomed again by Miss.Wasan, she did her best and arranged everything with a welcoming attitude and a great smile welcoming the kids and did everything we wished for. My sincere gratitude to her and to the hotel management and staff as they have been doing all their best to ensure guests stays are a memorable one especially for families and kids. Surely I do recommend the hotel especially for families with kids.

Amazing place to stay at. Rooms are pretty big, compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Property is new and we'll maintained. The best part of the hotel are the staff. They are extremely courteous, helpful and nice. A big shout out to the gentleman at front desk, Mr. Valentin, patient, polite and takes his time explaining and guiding guests. Kudos to the team.
